维斯克(VB_(12))喷射暴露疗法防治放射性皮肤损伤的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：分析维斯克（VB12）喷射暴露疗法防治放射性皮肤损伤的效果。方法随机选取2013年4月～2014年6月间于本院接受治疗的100例接受放射治疗的患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组以及观察组，每组50例；对照组放疗野皮肤给予常规干预，观察组放疗野皮肤给予维斯克喷射暴露疗法。结果观察组放射性皮肤损伤程度轻于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组放射性皮肤损伤各种体征发生率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论维斯克喷射暴露疗法防治放射性皮肤损伤的效果确切，有利于减轻放射治疗所带来的放射性皮肤损伤，减少各种皮肤不良体征发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of exposure therapy jet WISK（VB12）in the prevention of radiation-induced skin damage. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of patients receiving radiation therapy between April 2013 to June 2014 receiving treatment at the hospital. They were randomly divided into a control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given radiotherapy wild skin giving routine care,while patients in observation group given were given radiotherapy field WISK skin spray exposure therapy. Results The degree of radiation skin damage significantly lighter than the control group,the difference was statistical y significant（P〈0.05）. Observation group various signs of radiation-induced skin damage were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of exposure therapy jet WISK prevention of radiation-induced skin damage is precise,radiation therapy wil help reduce skin damage caused by radiation,reducing the incidence of various skin adverse signs.
