稳心颗粒在心律失常治疗中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的：探究心律失常患者采用稳心颗粒的治疗方法和效果。方法选取2013年6月～2014年8月收治的75例患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组44例患者采用稳心颗粒的治疗，对照组31例患者使用常规治疗，对比患者的治疗效果。结果实验组治疗有效率为93.18%，对照组治疗有效率为80.65%。两组患者的治疗效果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论心律失常患者选择稳心颗粒的治疗，疗效显著，不良反应较少。Objective The treatment method and efficacy of wenxin granule medicine in treatment of cardiac arrhythmias are to be investigated. Methods Chose 75 patients with cardiac arrhythmias treated in hospital from June 2013 to August 2014 and separate them into study group and control group at random. 44 patients in study group were given wenxin granule medicine treatment,while 31 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,and then observed and compared the treatment efficacy of the two groups. Results The treatment efficacy in study group was up to 93.18%,while the treatment efficacy in control group was 80.65%,there was a treatment differential between the two groups,and such a differential had statistic value （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Wenxin granule medicine is of efficiency in treatment of cardiac arrhythmias with few side effects.
