和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流病的效果分析。方法选取2013年5月～2014年10月我院接诊的93例胃食管反流病患者，按照入院的先后顺序分为实验组和对照组，实验组采用中药和胃通降汤治疗，对照组采用西药奥美拉唑肠溶片治疗，观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者的主要症状消除时间短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；实验组患者的复发率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论中药和胃通降汤治疗胃食管反流病的效果显著，提高胃食管反流病的治愈率，减少复发。Objective The treatment efficiency of heweitong decoction in treatment of gastroesophageal reflux is to be investigated. Methods Chose 93 patients with gastroesophageal reflux treated in our hospital from May 2013 to October 2014 and separated them into study group and control group according to their hospitalization sequence. Patients in study group were given joint treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and heweitong decoction,while patients in control group were given western medicine treatment of Omeprazole enteric-coated tablets. And then observed the treatment efficacy of the two groups after treatment. Results The treatment efficiency in study group was much higher than control group,there was a treatment differential between the two groups,such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Besides,the disappearing time of symptoms in study group was shorter than control group,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. And the reoccurrence incidence in study group was less than control group,and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The joint treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and heweitong decoction is rather effective to cure gastroesophageal reflux patients and improve the cure rate; in addition,it is conducive to reducing the il ness reoccurrence,therefore, it is worthy to be promoted and applied clinical y.
