阿德福韦酯联合加味逍遥胶囊治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察分析阿德福韦酯联合加味逍遥胶囊治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期的临床效果。方法将60例乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者纳入研究,随机分为对照组、实验组。对照组以阿德福韦酯治疗,实验组加用加味逍遥胶囊治疗。对比效果。结果接受治疗后,实验组患者肝功、肝纤维化均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论阿德福韦酯联合加味逍遥胶囊治疗乙肝肝硬化代偿期患者的临床疗效确切,可改善患者肝硬化以及肝纤维化症状。Objective To observe and analysis of the effect about adefovir ester joint flavored peripateticism capsule in the treatment of hepatitis b cirrhosis compensatory phase. Methods 60 patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis compensatory period included in the study were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. Control group were treated with adefovir ester,the experimental group were treated with flavored at large capsule. Contrast effects. Results After treatment,the experimental group in patients with liver and liver fibrosis were significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Adefovir ester joint flavored at large capsule in the treatment of patients with hepatitis b cirrhosis compensatory period clinical with curative effect,can improve the symptoms of patients with liver cirrhosis and liver fibrosis.
