中药祛斑霜的研制

摘　　要：为了研制一种新型中药祛斑霜,结合参考文献制定研制方案,采用紫外线照射复制小鼠色板模型,通过检测小鼠用药前后血液SOD活性的变化来确定祛斑效果。结果表明中药祛斑霜能使小鼠体内SOD活性升高,黑色素沉积减少,祛斑效果显著。得出中药祛斑霜对于治疗色斑有显著的临床效果,可改善血液质量、有效缓解色斑。In order to develop one new type of freckle cream with Chinese traditional medicine,combined with the published experimental program, used ultraviolet irradiation to copy the mouse model swatches, and determined the freckle effects by testing the changes of blood SOD activity before and after medication. The results showed that the new freckle cream with Chinese traditional medicine could make the activity of SOD increased and the melanin deposition reduced in mice, and the freckle effect was significant.Got that the freckle cream had significant clinical effects for the treatment of pigmentation, could improve the quality of blood and effectively relieve the stain.
