摘　　要：通过统计方法分析劳动者素质的影响因素。吉林省劳动者素质这个综合指标我们主要考虑教育文化素质、劳动技能素质、生理体能素质,具体根据12个指标来进行主成分分析,最后我们得到劳动者素质影响因素的综合素质得分,排除了片面影响因素,并且将所得的结果进行了对比分析,对进一步研究吉林省区域经济问题提供了数量上的依据。y research the influencing factors of laborers quality by statistical analysis methods. Jilin province laborers quality is one composite indicator, mainly consider education and cultural quality, labor skills, physical fitness. Analysis the principal component according to 12 factors, finally obtain the composite score of influencing factors to laborers quality, rule out the partial factors, and the results obtained will be compared and analyzed, and can provide a quantitative basis for Jilin province regional economic problems for further research.
