摘　　要：对紫荆木（Madhuca pasquieri）种子胚根不同切根处理进行育苗对比试验,分析不同切根处理的成活率、苗高、地径等苗木性状差异。试验结果表明,紫荆木芽苗切根处理保留胚根长2~4 cm,不仅成活率最高,紫荆木根系及植株的生长量也最大。To research the effect of taproot-cutting treatments on the survival rate, seedling height, ground diameter of Madhuca pasquieri seedling , the comparative test on different taproot-cutting treat- ments of seed radicle was carried out. The results showed that keeping the radicle from 2 cm to 3 cm was the best with the highest survival rate and the biggest root and plant growth of Madhuca pasquieri.
