宫颈LEEP刀术后联合药物治疗的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片在宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变术后的应用疗效。方法将106例使用宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变的患者随机分为两组,治疗组52例采用氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片在宫颈LEEP刀术后1周开始外用,隔日上药1片,连续外用3周。对照组54例单纯宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变,对其疗效进行对比。结果术后随访3个月,治疗组合对照组的阴道排液量、脱痂出血时间、创面愈合时间、分泌物清洁度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氯喹那多-普罗雌烯阴道片在宫颈LEEP刀治疗宫颈病变术后的应用,促进宫颈创面愈合,减少术后并发症的发生。Objective Observation of chloroquine that a female ene vaginal tablet on the street in the cervical LEEP knife application effect of postoperative treatment of cervical lesions. Methods 106 cases with cervical LEEP knife treatment of cervi-cal lesions of the patients were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group（52 cases using chloroquine that a female ene va-ginal tablet on the street in the cervical LEEP sabreplay 1 week after external use, day prescription 1 piece, external use 3 weeks in a row. The control group of 54 cases of simple cervical LEEP knife treatment of cervical lesions, the curative effect were com-pared. Results postoperative follow-up of 3 months, two groups of vaginal drainage quantity, scab bleeding time, wound healing time, discharge cleanliness comparative differences are statistically significant（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion chloroquine w-ordinary female ene vaginal tablet in the application of postoperative cervical LEEP knife treatment of cervical lesions, promote cervical wound healing, reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.
