摘　　要：高校图书馆自习室是图书馆管理的一个难题。介绍高校图书馆自习室管理现状,在此基础上,提出重视自习室管理、提高管理员素质、完善设施设备、健全管理制度、提升读者修养等对策,以优化高校图书馆自习室管理。Study-rooms in university library is a problem of library management.This paper introduced the management status, based on this, it put forward some countermeasures as follows： attaching great importance to the study room management, improving the quality of the administrator, perfecting facilities, amplifying administration system, enhancing the serf-cultivate of reader, to optimize the management of self-study rooms in university library.
