摘 要:目的:初步研究卡巴胆碱联合膳食纤维对烫伤大鼠肠屏障的作用。方法以30%TBSAⅢ°烫伤Wistar大鼠为动物实验模型,随机分为0.9%氯化钠溶液组(A组)、膳食纤维治疗组(B组)、卡巴胆碱治疗组(C组)、膳食纤维+卡巴胆碱治疗组( D组),分别在伤后6、12、24、48、72 h活杀动物,另设正常组( N组),取小肠在光镜下观察其病理形态变化,取门静脉血测血浆微量内毒素的变化,取腹主动脉血测血浆D -乳酸的变化。结果各烫伤组大鼠肠组织受损程度,血浆内毒素、D-乳酸水平明显高于组( P <0.05),伤后12~24 h最显著,至72 h仍不能恢复;联合应用卡巴胆碱与膳食纤维,显著降低了血浆内毒素、D-乳酸水平( P <0.05)。结论早期联用卡巴胆碱与膳食纤维对烫伤后大鼠肠屏障道有明显保护作用,一定程度上优于单用卡巴胆碱或膳食纤维的治疗效果。Objective To investigate initially the effect of carbachol combined with dietary fiber on the intestinal barrier in rats with scald.Methods The animal models were established in Wistar rats by 30% TBSA Ⅲ °scald, and the model rats were randomly divided into four groups:physiological saline group ( Group A) ,dietary fiber treatment group ( Group B) ,carbachol treatment group ( Group C) ,carbachol plus dietary fiber treatment group ( Group D) .Meanwhile normal control group was set up.These rats were sacrificed at 6,12,24,48 and 72 hours after scald.The pathological changes in small intestine were observed under light microscope, and portal vein blood specimens were taken to detect the levels of plasma endotoxin,and abdominal aorta blood specimens were taken to detect the contents of plasma D-lactic acid.Results The injury degree in small intestine,the plasma levels of endotoxin and D-lactic acid in scald groups were significantly higher than those in normal control group ( P 〈0.05) ,which peaked at 12~24h after scald,moreover,which could not recover to normal levels until 72 hours after the injury.The combined application of carbachol with dietary fiber could obviously decrease the plasma levels of endotoxin and D-lactic acid ( P 〈0.05).Conclusion Early combined application of carbachol with dietary fiber has obvious protective effects on intestinal barrier in rats with scald, which is superior to simple application of carbachol or dietary fiber.
