摘 要:空气幕送风角度是影响其隔断能力的主要因素之一,依据动量定律建立循环型空气幕隔断巷道风流的理论模型,分析送风角度对隔断能力的影响。进一步利用FLUENT进行数值模拟计算,可视化不同送风角度下的巷道流场特性,模拟计算不同送风角度下的隔断压差及漏风量,并与相似实验数据进行对比分析。结果表明,模拟结果与相似实验数据基本一致。循环型空气幕隔断能力随送风角度的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势。送风角度为10°~15°时,隔断能力最大;当送风角度在10°~30°时,隔断能力受送风角度的影响较小;当送风角度大于30°时,随着送风角度的增大,隔断能力有较大幅度的减小,结合实际安装条件,循环型空气幕送风角度应为10°~30°。The wind-supply angle of air curtain is one of the main factors affecting the capability of obstructing air -flow.Based on the law of momentum , the theoretical model of obstructing airflow in tunnel by cyclic air curtain was established , and the influence of wind-supply angle on the capability of obstructing airflow was analyzed .Further-more, numerical simulation was conducted by FLUENT to visualize the airflow field characteristics , the obstructing pressure differential and the amount of air leakage were calculated under different wind-supply angle , and the simu-lation results were compared with the data of similar experiment .The results showed that the simulation results are essentially coincident with the data of similar experiment .The capability of obstructing airflow increases at first , then decreases with the increase of wind-supply angle .When the wind-supply angle of cyclic air curtain is 10 °-15 °, the capability of obstructing airflow is the largest .When the wind-supply angle is 10 °-30 °, the wind-sup-ply angle has less influence on the capability of obstructing airflow .With the increase of wind-supply angle , the ca-pability of obstructing airflow is reduced greatly .Combined with the actual installation conditions , the wind-supply angle of cyclic air curtain should be 10-30 °.
