摘  要:目前最常用的油气管道腐蚀安全评价方法为ASME B31G Modified、DNV RP F01、PCORRC、SHELL92。为了研究腐蚀管安全评价模型的特性,根据模型中使用的主要参数,研究了腐蚀缺陷长度、深度以及管道材料力学性能参数与管道失效压力之间的关系,并结合文献试验测试数据。结果表明:管道材料对模型预测结果影响最明显,四种模型中DNV RP F101的预测结果最接近实验值,SHEEL92模型预测结果最安全;ASME B31G Modified预测结果误差变化最大。本研究对于选择恰当的腐蚀管道安全评价模型,具有一定的指导意义。At present, the safety evaluation methods which have been most commonly used on corrode d oil and gas pipeline are ASME B31G Modified, DNV RP F01, PCORRC and SHELL92.In order to study the characteristics of above mentioned models , the relationship between the corrosion defect length , depth, mechanics performance parameters of pipeline material and pipeline failure pressure was studied according to the main parameters of models and combining with test data of the literature .The results showed that:the pipeline material has the most obvious influence on the prediction results of four prediction models .In the four models, the result of DNV RP F101 is most close to the experimental value, the result of SHEEL92 model is the safest, and the result of ASME B31G Modified has the largest error variation .It has certain guiding significance to choose appropriate evaluation model for the corroded pipeline .
