摘 要:目的探讨Th17细胞及其相关因子与Graves病(GD)并发胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。方法用流式细胞仪检测30例GD并发IR患者、30例单纯GD患者及20例健康人外周血Th17细胞数量,采用ELISA法测定IL-6、IL-17、IL-23的水平,并与FT3、FT4、TSH作相关性分析。结果 GD并发IR患者外周血和单纯GD患者的Th17细胞数量均高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而GD并发IR患者的IL-6和IL-17水平显著高于单纯GD患者、正常对照组(P<0.05),但IL-23含量与单纯GD患者、正常对照组无统计学差异(P>0.05),并且IL-6和IL-17水平与FT3、FT4呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 IL-6、IL-17的变化可能与Graves病并发胰岛素抵抗的发病机理有关。Objective To explore the correlation between Th17, related factors and Graves disease (GD) complicated by insulin resistance (IR). Methods The quantity of ThlT, the serum level of IL-6, IL-17, IL-23 were measured in 30 patients with GD and IR, 30 patients with GD and 20 normal people. Meanwhile, the correlation between serum IL-6, IL-17, IL-23 and FT3, FT4, TSH in those patients were analyzed. Results The serum levels of IL-6 and IL-17 were significantly higher in GD and IR group than GD group and control group (P〈0.05). Whereas there was no significantly difference in the levels of IL-23 among GD and IR group, GD group and control group (P〉0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-17 had a significantly positive correlation with FT3, FT4 (P〈0.05). Conclusion The changes of IL-6 and IL-17 may involve in the pathogenesis of Graves disease.
