摘  要:轨道交通打破了以往人们基于单一速率、同一平面的空间认知基础,赋予并塑造了城市居民生活空间新的形象及认知方式。着眼于特定时间内交通工具运行的距离,在城市空间设计研究中引入速率的概念,探索城市空间立体构建与优化研究的新视角和新方法。研究通过深入分析速率与城市综合效率的关系、轨道交通建设与城市空间和社区空间发展演进的关系,探寻城市空间整体性研究的结合点和入手点,探索适应轨道交通网络化发展的城市设计方法。进而利用空间分层及多中心互动的思路分析轨道交通建设与城市空间发展深度耦合的可能模式;探索研究以轨道交通和步行交通两种主要出行速率限定的空间半径为单位的城市空间利用与城市设计新的参考尺度;以人在城市中的生活为出发点,促进城市公共资源共享与公共利益保护,探索以人为中心的宜居城市空间立体化发展与优化的有效途径。Rail transport network in the world has been widely recognized, but urban rail in most people's cognitive consciousness is still only a road network system, its impact on the development and construction of urban space has not been fully recognized and Research. This paper intends to introduce the concept of rate in urban design study, exploring urban space under the background of three-dimensional rail network construction and optimization. Rail transport debunked based on a single rate, the same plane spatial cognition foundation Existing spatial cognition approach of urban planning and design research area has been difficult to take into account the coexistence of multiple rates and three-dimensional space-level requirements. By analyzing the relationship between the rate and the overall efficiency of the city, rail transit construction and the evolution of urban and community space, intends to explore the Integration point and starting point of the urban space research, and then explore and build rail transport network of "urban space unit" form, and urban space development and optimization based on this foundation, with space layered and multi-center interaction ideas to promote rail transit construction and urban spatial development of depth coupling; rail and pedestrian traffic or "time vector" for the unit to define urban space construction and urban design; people living in the city as a starting point to improve urban public resource sharing and public interest protection.
