工业用地对中国城市工业经济增长的贡献

摘　　要：利用中国地级及以上城市的面板数据,在传统柯布道格拉斯生产函数中加入工业用地要素构建广义柯布道格拉斯生产函数,实证研究工业用地要素对中国城市工业经济增长的贡献.研究结果表明：（1）2000 ～ 2011年、2007～2011年、2000 ～2006年三个时段工业用地对中国城市工业经济增长的贡献率分别为9.28％、6.85％和3.78％.（2）研究期间,长三角地区、珠三角地区、环渤海地区、东北地区和中西部及其他地区工业用地对工业经济增长的贡献率分别为30.97％、17.54％、20.97％、18.69％、3.42％.主要得出以下结论：（1）工业用地要素对中国工业经济增长有显著的贡献,随着时间的推移,其贡献率不断升高.（2）自2007年起推行的工业用地招拍挂出让制度,对抑制工业用地的低成本扩张、提高工业用地利用效率起到了积极作用,增加了土地资源对社会经济可持续发展的贡献.（3）工业用地要素对工业经济增长的贡献具有显著的区域差异,东部沿海地区远远高于中西部及其他地区.This paper makes an empirical research on the contribution of industrial land elements to industrial economic growth in Chinese mainland cities. It builds a generalized Cobb Douglas function by counting the Industrial land elements as an independent variable because of its special role played in Chinese industrial economic growth with the panel data of cities at prefecture level and above in China. The main results are as follows： Firstly, the contribution rate of the industrial land to the economic growth of China＇s urban industrial are 9.28% , 6. 85% and 3.78% . In 2000 - 2011 , 2007 - 2011, 2000 - 2006 respectively. Secondly, during the study period, the contribution rate of industrial land to the industrial of economic growth are 30.97% , 17.54% , 20. 97% , 18.69% , 3.42% respectively in the Yangtze river delta, the pearl river delta, bohai sea region, the northeast and Midwest and other parts. The main conclusions are as follows： there are significant contributions of Industrial land elements to industrial economic growth in China, and the contribution goes up as time goes by. （2）The implement of industrial land for bidding, auction and quotation has played a positive role in curbing the low-cost expansion of industrial land, improving the efficiency of industrial land use. And it also increases the contribution of industrial land resources to the sustainable development of society and economy. （3） There are significant regional differences in the contribution of industrial land to the growth of industrial economy, that the contribution rate in eastern coastal regions are apparently higher than that in Midwest and elsewhere.
