摘　　要：针对完整准确的复杂产品装配工艺数据包的形成问题,结合复杂产品的装配工艺的粒度、周期和版本的三维度动态演变特性,提出一种多维度装配工艺数据管理方法,并开发了面向复杂产品装配的多维度工艺数据管理系统。该系统以流程化工艺信息组织模型为基础,通过分别建立不同粒度、周期阶段、版本间工艺数据的关联关系,生成了装配工艺数据包,实现了工艺数据和演变过程的集成管理。将目前开发的软件系统应用到北京卫星制造厂,取得了良好效果。Aiming at the formation problem of complete and accurate assembly process-data-packet for complex prod- uct, a multi-dimensional management method of assembly process data was proposed and the process data manage- ment system was developed by analyzing the data＇s dynamic evolution characteristic from the perspectives of granu- larity, cycle and version. Based on assembly process inforrrmtion organization model, the association relationship be- tween different granularities, cycles and versions process data was established in this system, and the process-data- packet was generated to output the data, which could realize the integrated management of process data and evolu- tion process. The developed system had been validated and applied in aerospace-related manufacturing enterprise.
