摘 要:新媒体的兴起与发展为公民的政治参与提供了新的平台,担负着政府与公民互动关系中政府公信力提升与降低的"镜子"作用。文章重新构建地方政府公信力的影响因子,由介质传播引伸出新媒体内涵、特征以及新媒体对地方政府公信力带来的双重影响,从而提出变革政府理念、转变新媒体传播生态的治理思维、引导公民理性参与地方社会事务和构建"倾听-回应"型的政民互动关系等提升地方政府公信力的策略。The rise and development of the new media ,w hich reflects the increase or decrease of local government credibility in the interaction of the government and citizens ,provides a new platform for citizens'participation in politics .In this paper ,the factors affecting the local government credibility are reconstructed ,and the connotation and characteristics of new media and its dual influence on the local government credibility are put forward in view of the medium transmission .Then some methods to improve the local government credibility are proposed including innovating the ideas of government , reforming the governance of new media ,guiding the citizens to rationally participate the local affairs and constructing the relationship of “listening‐response” between the government and citizens .
