摘　　要：农产品物流云服务是我国现代农业发展的必然要求。对此方面的探索不仅能为我国农产品物流的研究开启一个新的视角,也能为我国农产品物流产业实现跨越式发展提供一定的理论支持。因此,笔者以云计算为技术内核,以协同管理为理论内核,在阐述农产品物流云服务的内涵、优势和自组织机理的基础上,从战略层、操作层、支撑层三个层次构建农产品物流云服务协同管理体系的基本框架,重点从协商机制、信任机制、惩罚机制和利益分配机制四个方面剖析农产品物流云服务协同管理的本质和实现方式,提出以云计算技术为前提和突破口,通过技术创新和资源整合,形成"同网、同质、同价、同服务"的农产品物流云服务协同管理模式,实现"1+1>2"的协同效应,为消费者提供高效、质优、价廉、便捷、灵活的物流服务。Cloud service of agri-product logistics is an inevitable requirement for development of modern agriculture in China. The research not only opens a new perspective for study of agri-product logistics, but also provides a certain theoretical support for industry of agri-produet logistics to realize great-leap-forward development in China. Therefore, the paper illustrates connotation, advantage and self-organization mechanism taking cloud computing and Synergy Management as technological kernel and theoretical kernel. Then it builds framework of synergetie management for cloud service of agri-produet logistics from strategic layer, operation layer and support layer. Its focus is to elabo- rate nature and implementation of synergetic management for cloud service of agri-product logistics from consultation mechanism, trust mechanism, interest mechanism and punishing mechanism. Ac- cording to nature requirement of Synergy Management, taking cloud computing as premise and breakthrough, it suggests forming pattern of Synergy Management for cloud service of agri-product to carry out same net, same quality, same price and same service from producer to consumer seamless- ly by technology innovating and resource integrating. The aim is to realize ＂ 1 ＋ 1 〉 2＂ synergetic effect for industry of agri-product logistics and provide efficient, quality, low cost, convenient and flexible logistics service for consumers.
