摘　　要：地方高校转型背景下大学生自主创业的积极性呈增长趋势,但其成功率不高。究其原因有来自创业者自身人格特质的问题,也有来自家庭、学校、政府与社会组织的原因。因此,要充分调动大学生自主创业的积极性必须要四方通力合作,共创我国大学生自主创业的新局面。Under the transition of local colleges and universities background Students’ enthusiasm for their own businesses growing trend, but its success rate is not high.The reason there is a problem from the entrepreneur’s own personality traits, there are reasons from the family, schools, government and community organizations.Therefore, to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of college students start their own businesses must Quartet work together to create a new situation of college students start their own businesses.
