三氮唑中噻二嗪的液相色谱分析方法研究

摘　　要：建立了以噻二嗪为原料合成的三氮唑衍生物体系中的原料、产品与生成的副产物的液相定量分析方法,同时通过精密度、回收率试验进行了考察评价。试验结果表明:两组分的平均回收率为96.08%、95.64%,相对标准偏差为0.0259%、0.0335%,方法简便、准确、精密度高,可以用作类似体系组分的定量检测。The quantitative analysis method of HPLC for raw material,product and by-product in the synthesis of triazole derivatives from thiadiazine is established.It is also evaluated through the average recoveries and precision test. The results showed： the he average recoveries are 96.08% and 95.64%,the relative standard deviation are 0.0259% and 0.0335%. The method is simple and accurate, can be avalible to the quantitative detection in the similar system.
