摘  要:为了研究约束强度对无起爆药导爆管雷管燃烧转爆轰(DDT)的影响,采用外径6mm、厚度1mm的钢、铜、铝材料及壁厚分别为0.3mm、0.5mm、1.25mm的钢作为内管,装填结晶PETN(太安)作为起爆元件。试验表明内管约束程度对PETN的DDT有重要影响,约束越强、管壳壁厚越大,越有利于装药DDT的形成。In order to study the influence of constraint strength of inner tube on transition of deflagration to detonation(DDT) in nonel non-primary explosive detonator, the material of steel, copper, aluminium cylindrical inner tuber with outer diameter of 6mm and thickness of l mm, and steel inner tuber with thickness of 0.3mm,0.5mm, 1.25mm were adopted, which were filled with crystal PETN (pentaerythritol tetranitrate), and used as detonating component instead of primary explosives. The results show that the constraint strength has important effect on DDT of PETN, the stronger constraint and the bigger thickness of shell, the easier formation of DDT for explosive.
