摘 要:采用化学方法将地沟油转换成生物柴油,以生物柴油为油相材料制备乳化炸药,对乳化炸药的热分解、爆速、储存稳定性进行了测定,并与使用复合蜡制备的乳化炸药进行比较。结果表明:使用生物柴油制备的乳化炸药的热稳定性好,放热量与复合蜡制备的乳化炸药接近,且爆速高,但药态稀软不耐储存,适合用作现场混装的油相材料或与粘度大的石油蜡按比例混合使用。The emulsion explosive was made of biodiesel, which was made from gutter oil by chemical means. The properties of thermal decomposition, detonation velocity, as well as the storage stability of the emulsion explosive were studied. Furthermore, the emulsion explosive was compared with which made by compound wax. The results show that the emulsion explosive which was made of biodiesel has good thermal stability and high detonation velocity, and its output heat closes to that of the emulsion explosive made by compound wax. However, the cartridge was soft, so this biodiesel oil was suit for oil phase of field mixing-loading vehicles, or being mixed with the high viscosity petroleum wax in proportion.
