摘　　要：目前,思想政治教育专业人才的社会需求呈现出多元化趋势,社会对人才的品质、知识、技能和心理等素质结构提出了新要求。高校要适应社会需求的变化,创新教育教学理念,深化教学改革,构建科学的培养体系,培养满足社会需求的思想政治教育专业创新型人才。At present, it presents the multiplex tendency of the social needs of ideological and political education talents, the society has put forward a new requirement to the quality, knowledge, skills and psychological quality structure. Colleges are required to meet the change of the society needs, to innovate educational and teaching notion, to deepen the teaching reform, to construction the scientific education mode, and finally, we can train much more ideological and political education innovative talents to meet the needs of the community.
