摘 要:采用不同方法研究芳纶纤维体系离子浓度和不同p H值时的Zeta电位、表面电荷、纤维成纸性能之间的关系,探讨芳纶纤维成纸过程中表面电化学对纸张性能的规律性影响,为优化芳纶纤维成纸工艺提供思路。结果表明,当p H值为7、Zeta电位为-10.0m V^-14.0m V、表面电荷量在-400c/q^-650c/q之间时,其抗张强度和伸长率最大,成纸效果最好。The relationship between surface electrochemical properties of aramid fiber and its papermaking performance was studied. Different methods were used to discuss the relationship between Zeta potential, surface charge and papermaking performance in different ion concentration of aramid fiber system and pH. Also the effect of surface electrochemical properties during the paper formation on paper performance was discussed to provide the ideas on optimization the process of aramid paper. The experimental results showed that when pH value is 7, Zeta potential is between -10.0mV and -14.0mV, the surface charge of the pulp between -400c/q and -650c/q, the tensile strength and the elongation rate are best and effect of the paper formation is best.
