摘　　要：小分子的胶原蛋白水解产物易于被皮肤吸收,添加到化妆品中可使细胞变得饱满,从而使肌肤水嫩细腻,保持其弹性和光泽,维持肌肤细腻光滑。肌肤健康的两大关键抗皱和保湿都与胶原蛋白有关。本文运用的实验方案是,对以明胶为底物,以胰蛋白酶为催化剂的体系进行最佳反应条件的确定。Small molecule collagn hydrolysate is easy to be absorbed by skin, adding it to the cosmetic can make the cell become plentiful, keep the skin elastic and moist, maintain skin exquisite and smooth. Anti-wrinkle and moisturizing as two skin healthy key indices are associated with collagen. In this paper, the optimum reaction conditions were determined by orthogonal experiment design with gelatin as the substrate, trypsase as catalyst.
