摘 要:为了确定油井生产过程井筒的析蜡位置,指导防蜡工作,根据实验确定的高含蜡原油的析蜡温度压力点,结合油井压力恢复数据,初步判断渤海A油田生产过程中可能析蜡位置。同时利用Well Flo软件,建立起从地层-井底-井口的流动过程,分析了不同产量下,井筒中温度和压力场分布,进而对油井井筒析蜡位置进行判断。指出下步防止油井析蜡的措施是加深防蜡剂注入阀的位置和建议开展油井产量与析蜡量的研究。In order to define the position of wax precipitation in the wellbore during the well production to direct the paraffin control work, according to the wax precipitation pressure and temperature point determined by the experiment, combined with PBU test data, the wax appearance site was determined for an oilfield in Bohai bay. At the same time, the model of the production process from the formation to the bottom of well and the wellhead was built by the software Well Flo.The pressure and temperature fields at difference production rate were calculated by the built model,the site of the wax appearance was defined according to the result.It's pointed out that the best way to avoid the wax appearance is to deepen the chemical drug filling valve site, and it's suggested that research on the relationship between the production and the wax precipitation amount should been carried out.
