旅游业与城镇化的互动发展研究——以福建龙岩市为例

摘　　要：旅游业产业特征与城镇化建设要求之间有很多相融之处,正确分析旅游业与城镇化之间的互动关系,能助推地方经济的快速发展。时下福建龙岩市具备良好的旅游业与城镇化发展基础条件,认清旅游业与城镇化互动发展过程中的制约因素,进行科学规划,使城镇规划与旅游规划相协调;增加旅游资源开发保护资金投入;优化城镇环境质量;加深旅游产业与其他产业融合度;统筹处理好多方利益关系,建立科学的利益协调机制。这样才能使龙岩旅游业与城镇化互融互促、健康发展。The characteristics of tourism indust ry has a lot of similarities with the requirements of urbanization construction. Correctly analyzing the interactive relationship between tourism and urbanization can boost the local economy. Nowadays,Longyan,a city of Fujian province has had the basic conditions for its development in the both tourism and urbanization. To promote the healthy development and the interaction between its tourism an urbanization,many measures should be taken,such as figuring out the factors limiting the interactive developing process,projecting scientifically to make tourism and urbanization coordinated with each other,increasing financial investment devoted to exploring tourist resources,improving urban environment,strengthening the integration of tourism industry with other industries and so on.
