朱丹溪诊治“痰郁”的法则探讨

摘　　要：文章旨在对朱丹溪诊治"痰郁"的法则进行初步探讨。朱丹溪指出:人身诸病多生于郁,而痰郁中焦,随气升降,可生百病,证候复杂。治疗时,其以顺气为先,以实脾为本,主张及时攻逐痰实;辨证运用内消、涌吐、逐下3类治疗大法,总结遣方用药的法则和规律,开创了中医诊治痰证的新纪元。This article aimed to conduct a primarily investigation on the therapeutic principles and method of phlegm depression by ZHU Dan-xi.ZHU Dan-xi pointed out that the diseases of body mainly came from the depression.Furthermore,Phlegm depression always stagnates middle-jiao,which could be controlled to rise and fall by qi.As a result,people could be easily got various illness and complicated symptoms.During actual treatment,by beginning with guiding qi downward,the main treatment was based on the spleen.He proposed to focus on the sthenia-phlegm and expel it by dialectically applying subsiding swelling therapy,emetic therapy,and purgative therapy.This article summarized the rules and principles of prescription,which results in marking a new epoch of traditional Chinese medical science in diagnosis and treatment on phlegm syndrome.
