《黄帝内经》与《四部医典》放血疗法适宜病证初探  

Study on disease and syndrome suitable for bloodletting therapy in The Yellow Emperor's Canon of Internal Medicine and Four Medical Tantras

摘　　要：通过对《黄帝内经》和《四部医典》放血疗法适宜病证的比较研究,发现《黄帝内经》刺血疗法主治40余个病种,以"虚实辨证"为依据,适用于实证和部分虚实夹杂的病证。《四部医典》放血疗法主治63种疾病,以"寒热辨证"为根本,适用于热性疾病、夹杂隆和培根病的热证。认为总结适宜病证,扩大主治范围,推广临床应用是放血疗法发展面临的主要问题,不同医学体系之间的相互学习是放血疗法发展和推广的关键所在。In comparison of disease and syndrome suitable for bloodletting therapy in The Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Internal Medicine and Four Medical Tantras,it was found that there were more than 40 diseases suitable for bloodletting therapy,and the syndromes suitable for bloodletting therapy focused on excess syndrome and parts of deficiency combined with excess syndrome based on deficiency and excess syndrome differentiation in The Yellow Emperor＇s Canon of Internal Medicine.In Four Medical Tantras,there were more than 63 diseases suitable for bloodletting therapy,and the syndromes suitable for bloodletting therapy focused on hot diseases,phlegm diseases and wind combined diseases based on cold and hot syndrome differentiation.The main problem confronted by the bloodletting therapy was that it should make a summary of diseases and syndromes suitable for bloodletting therapy,enlarge its extent of treatment and promote their clinical application.The key point of development and promotion of bloodletting therapy was to learn more from different medical systems.
