从“神”论针刺预防性治疗偏头痛的思路探讨

摘　　要：偏头痛是临床常见的神经血管性头痛,偏头痛具有发病率高、反复发作的特点,严重的偏头痛影响患者及家属的正常生活,给社会带来巨大经济负担,文章试从"神"方面剖析偏头痛发生的机制以及浅谈从"神"论治预防性治疗偏头痛思路。偏头痛与心身疾病及认知功能的关系密切,偏头痛发作日久,必然伤神,偏头痛病位于脑、心,从神论治偏头痛有望对预防性偏头痛的治疗方案提供依据和思路。Migraine is a common clinical neurovascular headache.It has a high incidence of recurrent features.The severe migraines affect the normal life of patients and their families,bring huge economic burden.In this paper,we explore the mechanism of migraine,and briefly propose the preventive treatment of migraine.Migraine is closely related to psychological disorder and cognitive function.Inevitably,long-term attack of migraine damage spirit status,therefore,migraine should be the integrated state of brain and heart impairment.Hopefully,focusing on mind during the treatment of migraine could provide theoretical foundation and idea for its prophylactic therapeutic regimen.
