摘　　要：文章综述了中药生物碱类成分抗焦虑或抑郁活性及黄连生物碱药理作用研究进展。文章指出生物碱类成分既是中药抗焦虑的一类重要活性物质,又是中药抗抑郁的重要活性物质;黄连生物碱是我国传统名贵中药黄连的主要药效成分,具有抗焦虑、抗抑郁、抗癌、抗脑损伤、抑制单胺氧化酶(MAO)、降血糖、抗溃疡、抗菌、清除自由基、抗神经退行性疾病、抗神经精神疾病等广泛的药理作用。文章将为黄连及其所含生物碱的进一步研发奠定文献基础。This paper reviewed the research survey in anxiolytic and antidepressant bioactive ingredients of Chinese medicine alkaloids,and the pharmacological effect of Coptidis Rhizoma alkaloids.It indicated that alkaloids were one of main bioactive ingredients in antianxiety and antidepression in Chinese medicine alkaloids.Meanwhile,the present study showed that Coptidis Rhizoma alkaloids was the major components of Coptidis Rhizoma,with diverse pharmacological effects,such as antianxiety,antidepression,anti-cancer,anti-brain damage,inhibition of monoamine oxidase（MAO）,hypoglycemic,anti-ulcer,anti-biosis,scavenging free radicals,anti-neurodegenerative diseases,anti-neuropsychiatric disorders,etc.This paper would lay a literature foundation for the further development of Coptidis Rhizoma alkaloids.
