摘　　要：目的:探讨狼毒水提物对大鼠佐剂性关节炎模型治疗作用及初步机制。方法:采用佐剂关节炎大鼠模型,以雷公藤多苷为阳性对照药物,观察及检测狼毒水提物对大鼠一般状况、关节炎肿胀度、关节炎评分、胸腺指数、脾脏指数、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。结果:狼毒水提物能抑制大鼠足趾继发性肿胀继发性肿胀,能降低关节炎指数,降低关节组织病理评分。结论:狼毒水提物能够抑制大鼠佐剂性关节炎发生发展。Objective： To observe the treatment effect and preliminary mechanism of aqueous extract of stellera chamaejasme in adjuvant-induced arthritis rat model.Methods： Adjuvant-induced arthritis rat model was established by etiology simulation method,taking tripterygium glycosides as control drug.The general status of rats,arthritis swelling grade,arthritis scoring,thymus index,spleen index were observed,the level of tumor necrosis factor-α（TNF-α） and interleukin-6（IL-6） were detected.Results： The aqueous extract of stellera chamaejasme could inhibit the arthritis rat disease symptoms that decreased the primary and secondary paw edema,reduced arthritis index,improved joint pathology scoring.Conclusion： The aqueous extract of stellera chamaejasme could inhibit the occurrence and development of disease in adjuvant-induced arthritis rat.
