健身气功八段锦治疗2型糖尿病疗效的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:系统评价八段锦治疗2型糖尿病的疗效。方法:计算机检索有关八段锦治疗2型糖尿病的随机对照试验(RCT),采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果:共7篇文献507例患者,其中八段锦组较对照组更能降低2型糖尿病患者的糖化血红蛋白(Hb Alc/GHb)(MD=-0.77,95%CI[-1.02,-0.52],P<0.00001),空腹血糖(FPG/FBG)(MD=-1.01,95%CI[-1.35,-0.67],P<0.00001),总胆固醇(TC)(MD=-0.82,95%CI[-1.19,-0.45],P<0.0001),能够提升高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)(MD=0.12,95%CI[0.05,0.19],P<0.0001)。结论:八段锦能够有效治疗2型糖尿病,降低血糖、血脂。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Chinese Baduanjin on patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods： Randomized controlled trials（RCTs） about Baduanjin in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus were searched.Meta-analysis was conducted by using Rev Man 5.2 software provided by Cochrane library.Results： Compared with the control group,Baduanjin could decrease the patients＇ glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb Alc/GHb）（MD=-0.77,95%CI[-1.02,-0.52],P〈0.00001）,fasting blood-glucose（FPG/FBG）（MD=-1.01,95%CI[-1.35,-0.67],P〈0.00001）,total cholesterol（TC）（MD=-0.82,95%CI[-1.19,-0.45],P0.0001）,and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）（MD=0.12,95%CI[0.05,0.19],P0.0001）.Conclusion： Baduanjin could treat type 2 diabetes mellitus effectively,decrease blood glucose and blood lipid.
