摘 要:目的:比较不同采集期阿给茎和叶有效成分含量。方法:以索氏提取法提取总黄酮类成分,以硝酸铝-亚硝酸钠分光光度法测定总黄酮含量;采用酸碱提取法提取总碱,以硫酸阿托品为对照品,酸性染料比色法测定阿给地上部分总生物碱的含量。结果:不同采集期阿给叶总黄酮显著高于茎总黄酮的含量(P<0.05),其中茎和叶中均为7月总黄酮含量最高,6月次之,5月最低。不同采集期阿给叶总生物碱显著高于茎总生物碱的含量(P<0.05),6月阿给总生物碱含量最高,为0.437%,7月次之,5月阿给含量最低,为0.112%。结论:6月和7月是阿给的最佳采集期。Objective: To compare the content of biologically active compounds in stems and leaves of Artemisia frigidain different harvest period.Methods: The total flavonoids were extracted by Soxhlet extraction,and were determined by Al(NO3)3-NaNO2 spectrophotometry method.Total alkaloids in Artemisia frigida were extracted by acid-base,and the content of total alkaloids was determined by the acidic dye colorimetry with atropine sulfate as reference substance.Results: Leaves of Nitraria Artemisia frigida had the higher flavonoids content than stems in different harvest period(P〈0.05).Flavonoids content in stem and leaves was the highest in July,and June was the second,and the lowest in May.Leaves of Nitraria Artemisia frigida had the higher alkaloids content than stems in different harvest period(P〈0.05).The highest content of alkaloids in Nitraria Artemisia frigid was 0.437% in June,and July was the second,and the lowest content was 0.112% in May.Conclusion: So June and July might be the best harvest time for Artemisia frigida.
