摘　　要：文章认为手法治疗中存在有耐手法性和经筋疲劳,认为在手法临床施用中,过度手法或失误手法可能会造成经筋疲劳,导致机体出现耐手法性,直接影响手法疗效。文章描述了耐手法性和经筋疲劳内涵、病理及防治。This paper considered that there were resistance and fatigue in channel and tendon in chirismus therapy.The excessive and mistake manipulation might cause fatigue in channel and tendon and manipulation resistance,which would affect the curative effect of manipulation directly.This paper described the connotation,pathology,prevention and treatment of manipulation resistance and fatigue in channel and tendon.
