清胰醒脑颗粒治疗胰性脑病36例的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:通过观察清胰醒脑颗粒治疗胰性脑病(PE)的临床疗效及对血清TNF-α和IL-6含量的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:60例PE患者,随机分为对照组24例,予综合基础治疗;治疗组36例,在对照组基础上,予清胰醒脑颗粒口服或鼻饲,1-2袋/次,每日3次,3d为1个疗程,连续3个疗程观察疗效并监测血清TNF-α和IL-6含量指标。结果:3个疗程后,治疗组总有效率52.8%,对照组为37.5%,治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后1、2、3个疗程血清TNF-α和IL-6含量均低于治疗前,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清胰醒脑颗粒治疗PE,疗效确切,临床疗效可能与下调血清TNF-α和IL-6等炎性因子,进而减轻脑组织水肿和神经细胞脱髓鞘改变有关。Objective： To observe the curative effects of treating patients with pancreatic encephalopathy（PE） by using Qingyi Xingnao Particle and influence of Qingyi Xingnao Particle on content of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum,and to discuss the action mechanism.Methods： 60 PE patients were randomly divided into a control group with 24 cases included and treated with routine foundation treatment and a treatment group with 36 cases included and treated with Qingyi Xingnao Particle（three times a day and 3 days for a course of treatment） based on the routine foundation treatment lasted for 3 courses.The curative effect and determined the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were observed.Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 52.8%,while the control group was 37.5%,and the difference between the two group was significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with treatment before,the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of patients in the two groups were decreased significantly during the 1st,2nd and 3rd course,and the contents of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum of patients of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of treating PE by using Qingyi Xingnao Particle is accurate,and curative effect might be related to down-regulation of TNF-α and IL-6,remission of brain edema and changes of nerve cells demyelination.
