益气温阳方治疗儿童变应性鼻炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药益气温阳方在儿童变应性鼻炎治疗中的疗效。方法:将入组60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例以益气温阳方颗粒,每日冲服,每天2次,对照组30例以西替利嗪糖浆每晚睡前口服。疗程为4周,观察治疗前后治疗组与对照组之间症状改善情况。结果:治疗组在缓解鼻痒、鼻塞、喷嚏、流涕症状等主要症状方面较对照组疗效明显(P<0.05);同时,治疗组与对照组在缓解伴上气道咳嗽综合征方面具有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效更佳。结论:益气温阳方在缓解儿童变应性鼻炎症状方面具有较好的疗效。Objective： To observe the curative effect of treating pediatric allergic rhinitis with Yiqi Wenyang Decoction.Methods： 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups,and 30 patients in treatment group were treated with Yiqi Wenyang Decoction,2 times per day,and 30 patients in control group were treated with cetirizine syrup.4 weeks later,symptoms were observed and compared between treatment group and control group.Results： The curative effect of treatment group in relieving symptoms of rhinocnesmus,rhinobyon,sternutation,running nose and so on was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.The curative effect in upper airway cough syndrome remission of treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The curative effect of Yiqi Wenyang Decoction in treatment of pediatric allergic rhinitis was good.
