祛麻煎外用治疗奥沙利铂相关外周神经毒性的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察以祛麻煎泡洗治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性的临床疗效。方法:将85例奥沙利铂相关的神经毒性的患者随机分为治疗组42例和对照组43例,治疗组以祛麻煎进行泡洗,对照组予以弥可保口服,两组均治疗28d。观察患者治疗前后周围神经毒性分级变化,治疗前后KPS评分变化,以及临床症状的改善。结果:治疗组神经毒性分级治疗后显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,治疗组KPS评分显著提高(P<0.05)。治疗组麻木、乏力以及失眠症状的改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:祛麻煎泡洗治疗奥沙利铂所致周围神经毒性具有较好的临床疗效。Objective： To observe the curative effect of treating peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin with external application of Quma Decoction.Methods： 85 patients with peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin were randomly divided into treatment group（42 cases） and control group（43 cases）.Patients in treatment group were treated with external application of Quma Decoction,and patients in control group treated with mecobalamin orally,and both treated for 28 days.The grade changes of peripheral neurotoxicity,KPS scores and clinical symptoms of patients before and after treatment were observed.Results： The grades of peripheral neurotoxicity of 42 patients in treatment group before treatment were as follows： grade Ⅰ grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ,and the grades of peripheral neurotoxicity of 42 patients in treatment group after treatment were as follows： grade 0,grade Ⅰ,grade Ⅱ and grade Ⅲ,and the difference between before and after treatment was significant（P〈0.05）,and after treatment,the peripheral neurotoxicity was relieved compared with before treatment.The KPS score of 21 patients was increased in treatment group,while 5 patients was increased in control group,and the difference between the two group was significant（P〈0.05）.The improvement in symptoms of numb,lacking in strength and insomnia of patients in treatment group was significantly better than that of control group（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The clinical curative effect of treating peripheral neurotoxicity caused by oxaliplatin with external application of Quma Decoction is good.
