复方田七胃痛胶囊治疗上腹疼痛综合征的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方田七胃痛胶囊对上腹疼痛综合征(EPS)的疗效及对患者心理状态的影响。方法:采用前瞻、随机、对照方法,将120例患者分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例,分别服用复方田七胃痛胶囊和奥美拉唑治疗,疗程均为2周。疗程结束后评估两组临床症状改善情况、心理状态和不良反应。结果:治疗后两组患者主要临床症状、症状总积分均显著改善(P<0.05),焦虑、抑郁程度均较基线改善(P<0.05)。观察组上腹痛症状疗效及汉米尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉米尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分优于对照组(P<0.05),对照组上腹烧灼感症状疗效优于观察组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应差异率无统计学意义。结论:复方田七胃痛胶囊与奥美拉唑治疗EPS疗效相当,复方田七胃痛胶囊对患者焦虑、抑郁状态改善更优。Objective： To investigate the effect of Compound Panax Notoginseng Stomachache Capsule（CPNSC） on epigastric pain syndrome（EPS） and its influence on patients＇ psychological statues.Methods： 120 patients were equally divided into control and experiment groups,each group consisting 60 subjects.Over the course of 14 days,experiment group were treated with CPNSC,while Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets were prescribed to the control group.After treatment both groups were evaluated on the effect of their clinical symptoms,their psychological status and side effects.Results： After the treatment the main clinical symptoms and the total symptom scores in both groups were significantly improved（P〈0.05）,the degree of anxiety and depression decreased compared with baseline（P〈0.05）.Compared with the control group,the experiment group exhibited less clinical symptoms.Hamilton depression scale（HAMD） score and Hamilton anxiety scale（HAMA） score were lowered（P〈0.05）.However the alleviation effect of burning sensation in the upper abdomen is more significant in the control group（P〈0.05）.Difference of side effects between the two groups has no statistical significance.Conclusion： CPNSC and Omeprazole Enteric-coated Tablets show equivalent effect in treating EPS,though CPNSC provides more allieviation for patients＇ anxiety and depression.
