摘 要:采用盆栽试验方法,研究了接种巨大芽孢杆菌和胶冻样类芽孢杆菌的混合发酵液对印度芥菜修复Cd污染土壤的影响。结果表明,接种混合菌发酵液可显著增加印度芥菜的生物量,接种20d、接种量为50ml时,总生物量较对照组增加了50.44%;在接种30d时,50ml混合菌发酵液处理的印度芥菜地上部P、K的含量显著高于对照组,分别增加了48.84%和74.90%,同时接种50ml混合菌发酵液可显著提高根际和非根际土壤中有效态Cd含量,使其较对照分别增加了39.29%和32.52%。接种混合菌发酵液可促进印度芥菜对土壤Cd的吸收,接种40d接种量为50ml时Cd吸收总量较对照组显著增加了60.36%。综上所述,接种混合菌发酵液50ml时,可促进印度芥菜的生长,增加土壤有效态Cd含量,从而提高了印度芥菜对Cd污染土壤的修复效率。Pot experiments were carried out to investigate the influences of the mixed fermentation liquid of Bacillus megaterium and Paenibacillus kribbensis on phytoremediation of Cd-contaminated soil by Brassica juncea.The results showed that inoculation of mixed fermentation liquid increased significantly the biomass,50 ml inoculation increased the total biomass by 50.44%,after the bacteria were inoculated into the soil 20 d.Compared with the control group,50 ml inoculation increased significantly P,K concentration by 48.84%and 74.90%after 30 d,the available Cd in the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil also increased by 39.29%and 32.52% respectively after inoculated 50 ml,compared with that in the uninoculated soil.The mixed fermentation liquid 50 ml promoted phytoextraction of Cd by Brassica juncea,Cd extraction was increased reached 60.36% after 40 d.Above all,application of the mixed fermentation liquid(50ml)in phytoremediation significantly enhanced the Cd uptake efficiency as well as plant biomass promotion as the amount of bioavailable Cd in the soil was increased with bacterial inoculation.
