摘  要:中原大化公司尿素装置与三聚氰胺装置联产,尿素装置蒸发系统回收三聚氰胺小尿素产生的浓度为65%的尿液。针对三聚氰胺小尿素返还的尿液中含有的OAT,易造成尿素装置蒸发系统二段分离器结垢、甚至造成蒸发系统停运的问题,采取了蒸发系统改造和蒸发热洗优化的措施,结果表明,尿素装置蒸发系统运行稳定。The urea unit of Zhongyuan Dahua Co. is equipped with a melamine unit downstream, the evaporation system of the urea unit recycles 65% urea solution from a small urea unit of melamine unit. As for the issue that due to the OTA contained in the urea solution recycled from the small ure-a unit of melamine unit, it is very vulnerable to scaling in the secondary separator of urea unit evaporation system, even to causing the shutdown of the e-vaporation system, the measures of revamping the evaporation system and optimizing the evaporation hot water wash system were taken, the results show that the evaporation system of the urea unit runs stably.
