摘 要:ZL50装载机的换档过程平稳性决定车辆使用寿命和舒适性,这一过程是由多参数变化决定的动态过程,数值模拟方法研究这一过程,对改善车辆参数和性能有很大帮助。利用多自由度变速箱的数码表示方法和拉格朗日能量方程,建立行星变速箱各种档位都适用的通用数学模型,用该模型计算不同档位的运动学和动力学问题,对换档过程进行了数值模拟,得到行星变速箱换档过程各部件的运动学和动力学参数。The stationary of ZL50 loader in its shifting process is always an important problem to the service life and the com-fort of vehicle, and it is a dynamic process that determined by the changes of many parameters.It is very helpful to improve parameters and performance of a vehicle by studying the shifting process with the numerical simulation methods.On the basis of the numerical code representing methods of multi-freedom gearbox and the Lagrange energy equations, the general mathe-matical model for all kinds of gears of planetary gearbox is established, and the model is then used to calculate the kinematics and dynamics problems in different gears.Numerical simulation of the shifting process is proceeding, and then the kinematics and dynamics parameters of each part in planetary gearbox in the shifting process are obtained.
