摘 要:针对清洗水杯费时和市面上刷杯器自动化程度不高的现状,研制了一种小型自动刷杯器。其特点是:以伸缩杆连接和支撑整个机构,主交流电机驱动毛刷杆作旋转运动,以单片机为核心的控制系统控制步进电机牵引毛刷杆作径向运动,毛刷杆在复合运动的作用下完成清洗。此外,以双向螺杆驱使两V型块同时相向或背离运动,完成水杯的定位和夹紧。该机自动化程度较高,操作方便。实验结果表明,该刷杯器的清洗率为90%,平均清洗时间为30 s。For the problems of time-consuming and the low degree of automation that appeared in brushing-cup devices on the market, this article develops a small cup-brushing device.It is designed to connect and support the whole mechanism by the telescopic rod, to drive the brush rod rotating by the AC motor, and to control the stepping motor pulling the brush rod for ra-dial motion with the single chip processor as the core of control system and to complete cleaning work with the brush rod under complex movement.In addition, with the two V blocks which were driven by the double screw moving relative to one another or deviate from the exerciseat thesame time , the cup can be located and clamped.The advantages of this device are high de-gree of automation and convenient operation.The experimental results show that the cleaning rate of brushing cup device is 90%, and the average cleaning time is 30s.
