摘　　要：椰子的综合利用经济价值很高,其各个部分都可加工成相应产品。然而,多年来人们对椰子的价值没有进行过全面彻底开发,导致了资源的极大浪费。基于全面开发椰子经济价值的考虑,设计了这款多功能椰子分离机,该机器由椰子固定及移动装置,传动装置,椰子内部切割及外部剥离装置,椰子顶部打孔装置组成,可有效实现椰子各部位的快速分离,从而为不同的椰子加工产业提供相应的原材料,为实现椰子加工的专业化和规模化创造条件[1]。The coconut is very high in economic value of comprehensive utilization, for each part can be processed into the corresponding products.However, the value of coconut has not been fully developed over the years, thus led to the waste of resources.Based on the comprehensive development of coconut economic value, the new multifunctional coconut separator is designed in this paper.This machine is composed of the fixed device, the shifting device, the transmission device, the coco-nut internal cutting and external stripping device, and the coconut top punching device.It can effectively separate parts of the coconut quickly, so it can provide the corresponding materials for different types of coconut processing industry, and create the conditions for realization of specialization and scale of the coconut processing.
