摘 要:目前我国工业雷管产能已达37亿发,但由于工艺技术水平低、安全条件差,工业电雷管生产线已成为民爆生产安全事故的多发点,特别是电雷管的卡口环节,一直是阻碍电雷管装配自动化的瓶颈问题。通过深入分析我国电雷管工艺现状,提出一种人机隔离的卡口工艺方案,不仅能从根本上提升电雷管生产的本质安全问题,还能解决现有电雷管产品一致性差、效率不高等问题,通过将传统生产方式与人机隔离自动化方式进行对比,分析其优劣,为后续实现工业雷管自动装配中的卡口、卡腰与激光打码连续自动化的奠定坚实的基础。At present, the industrial detonator production capacity has reached 3.7 billion in China, but due to the low level of technology and the poor safety conditions, industrial electric detonator production has become the point of frequent occur-rence of industrial explosive accidents, especially in crimping operation,which has been the bottleneck of the issues hampering the electric detonator assembly automation.Through in-depth analysis of the status quo of domestic electric detonator technolo-gy, the article puts forward a man-machine isolation scheme of crimping assembly station, which not only can fundamentally improve the intrinsically safe of electric detonators production, but also can solve low produce efficiency and poor product con-sistency problem of the existing electric detonator;then compares the traditional mode of production with man-machine isola-tion automation mode, and analyzes the quality of electric detonator production process;finally the article explores the devel-opment direction of industrial electric detonator, and lays a foundation for the follow-up development combining with the exist-ing electric detonator.
