冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病与炎性细胞因子水平变化的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨白细胞介素-1受体拮抗剂(IL-1ra)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者血清中的水平及三者之间的相关性。方法选择62例冠心病患者为冠心病组,其中急性心肌梗死26例,不稳定心绞痛26例,稳定性心较痛10例;对照组为26例同期健康体检者。酶联免疫吸附试验测定法检测2组患者血清IL-1ra、IL-6和hs-CRP水平。结果冠心病各亚组患者IL-1ra、IL-6水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),冠心病各亚组组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);IL-1ra与IL-6、hs-CRP水平均无明显相关(P>0.05);而2组患者IL-6水平均与hs-CRP水平有相关性(P<0.01)。结论 IL-1ra、IL-6水平与冠心病的发病明显相关,是评估冠心病患者严重程度和预后的重要指标。Objective To investigate the changes of serum level of interleukin-1 receptor antagonist（ IL-1ra）,interleukin-1（ IL-6） and high sensitivity C reactive protein（ hs-CRP） in patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and to explore the relationship of them. Methods Sixty-two patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease including 26 cases of acute myocardial infarction,26 cases of unstable angina pectoris and 10 cases of stable angina pectoris were selected as coronary heart disease group（ CHD group）. Twenty-six healthy people were selected as control group. The levels of IL-1ra,IL-6 and hsCRP were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The levels of IL-1ra and IL-6 in the subgroups of CHD group were higher than those in control group（ P 0. 05）,but there was no significant difference in the subgroups（ P 0. 05）.There was no significant correlation between the level of IL-1ra and IL-6,hs-CRP（ P 0. 05）;while the level of IL-6 and hsCRP had significant correlation in the two groups（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion The levels of IL-1ra and IL-6 are associated with severity of coronary artery lesion,and they can help to evaluate severity and outcome of the patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
