上感颗粒与银黄颗粒治疗社区病毒性上呼吸道感染发热的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的比较上感颗粒与银黄颗粒治疗社区病毒性上呼吸道感染发热的临床疗效差异。方法选取2012年2月至2014年7月我社区收治的116例病毒性上呼吸道感染发热患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各58例,研究组给予上感颗粒治疗,对照组给予银黄颗粒治疗,综合比较两组患者治疗总有效率、治疗1、2、3 d后的体温、咳嗽症状的变化。结果治疗1、2 d后,研究组高烧、咳嗽等症状明显改善,优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率为93.10%,高于对照组的79.31%(P<0.05)。结论上感颗粒治疗病毒性上呼吸道感染发热患者效果确切,可迅速退热,明显改善临床症状,值得临床推广使用。Objective This article was to compare the effects of shanggan granule and yinhuang granule onfevercausedbycommunityviralupperrespiratorytractinfection.Methods 116casesofpatientssuffered fever which caused by community viral upper respiratory tract infection in our hospital were randomly divided into research group and control group, 58 cases in each group.Patients in research group were treated with shanggan granule while patients in control group were treated with yinhuang granule.The total effective rate, the change of body temperature and cough at 1st, 2nd and 3rd day after the treatment of the two groups were compared. Results After been treated for 1or 2 day, the situation of fever and cough of research group were obviously improved, which were better than control group （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of research group was 93. 10%, which was higher than 79.31% of control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Shanggan granule has exact effect for fever caused by communal viral upper respiratory tract infection.It can effectively remove fever and improve clinical symptoms.It＆#39;s worthy of widely clinical application.
