摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT对肺上沟癌的诊断价值。方法回顾25例确诊病例的各种影像检查资料。结果 CT检查能够清楚显示肺上沟癌位置,形态大小密度边缘及周边情况,可以为临床医生制定手术路径及治疗方案提供重要资料。结论 CT平扫结合三维重建技术是检查确定肺上沟癌的最好方法。Objective This study was to investigate the value of spiral CT in diagnosing of lung cancer. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the imaging datas of 25 cases of patients who were diagnosed as pancoast cancer.Results CT examination can clearly display the position, form, size, density, edge and the surrounding circumstances of lung cancer,can provide important information for clinicians to develop a path and treatment plan of operation.Conclusions CT scan combined with 3D reconstruction technique is the best method of diagnose pancoast tumor.
