摘　　要：放射治疗是治疗肿瘤的重要手段,在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,也会影响患者的免疫功能。为了准确评价放射治疗过程中患者的免疫功能和制订出更合理的治疗方案,本文就放疗对肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响作一综述。Radiation therapy is one of the important treatments for tumors.Radiation kills the tumor cells, at the same time, it affects the patient＇s immune function to a certain extent.In order to have a better assessment of patient＇s immune function in radiation treatment process and get more reasonable treatment strategies,in this paper, we have a review about the impact of radiation on the tumor patient＇s immune function.
