摘　　要：文章结合大数据环境,探索信息安全理论的解决方案,将情报素养作为信息安全理论的核心要素;阐述情报素养的内涵,提出情报素养的9要素说。借鉴布伦达·德尔的意义建构理论,建构以要素说为基础的情报素养体系模型;研究认为,情报素养在应对信息安全方面作用举足轻重,是信息安全理论的重要组成部分,是保障信息安全工作的核心要素。Based on the environment of big data, this paper explores the solution of information security theory, and puts out the intelligence literacy as core element of information security theory. The paper explains the connotation of intelligence literacy and puts forward 9 elements of intelligence literacy. Taking sense-making theory of B. Dervin, the paper constructs intelligence literacy system model on the basis of elements. The study believes that intelligence literacy plays an important role in coping with the issues of information security, which is an important part of information security theory and core element of information security work.
